We don't approve:

• Anyone running a competing Shopify or ecommerce coaching offer
• Anyone planning to bid on our branded search terms in Google Ads
• Anyone who'd post affiliate links into the Shopify Australia FB community without asking first (that's our shared community space — respect it)
• Anyone using fake reviews, AI-generated testimonials, or making income claims
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How long is the cookie window? A: 60 days. If someone clicks your link, then buys any time within 60 days, you get the credit.
Q: When do I get paid? A: Monthly, on the 15th, for commissions earned in the prior calendar month. Minimum balance to trigger payout is A$100. Payouts via PayPal.
Q: What happens if a customer I referred gets a refund? A: The corresponding commission is reversed from your balance. If the refund happens after we've paid you, it's deducted from your next payout.
Q: Can I promote in the Shopify Australia FB community? A: Casual mentions are fine. Direct affiliate links in posts or comments require Paul's approval first — the group is a community asset.
Q: Can I promote on Google Ads? A: Yes — but not on our branded search terms (ecommerce circle, paul warren, connect, collective, or variants).
Q: Any minimum to stay in the program? A: No quotas. If you're generating sales (even occasionally), you're in.
Q: Any products I can't promote? A: Inner Circle ($3,500/mo) and Insiteful agency services are excluded. Everything else is fair game.
Q: How long does approval take? A: Usually within 48 hours.
Q: Do you provide marketing materials? A: Yes — a swipe pack plus a 1-on-1 onboarding call (first 15 partners only).
Q: Can I terminate at any time? A: Yes — either side can end the partnership any time with email notice.
